NATIONAL TRAINING MANAGER
A leading distributor of Laboratory Equipment, Laboratory Reagents and Medical Diagnostic Equipment has a vacancy for a NATIONAL TRAINING MANAGER.
• A Medical degree and experience in Training within in the Medical Industry is essential.
• Will be doing extensive training in field in both the Public and Private sector.
• Must have sufficient Medical know how and expertise in training internally ie: Sales Representatives and Management.
• Must be able to implement Medical Workshops covering areas such as Infection Control, Diabetes, Wound Management as well as other chronic illnesses relevant to SA.
• Job scope will include setting up protocols for Primary Healthcare facilities. Protocols include Diabetic Clinics, Infection Control, Wound Care Management and practices, and patient screening techniques.
• Development of product presentations for the Sales team.
• Constant Sales Representative training and evaluation and examinations.
• Assisting sales force with key account demonstrations and presentations.
• Researching new product and market developments within the Medical fraternity.
• Setting up Medical Advisory panels comprised of Key Opinion leaders which may include Professors and Specialists in our relevant market segments.
• Compiling the necessary motivation and documentation for registration of Medical Devices to bodies such as Medical Aids, Government Regulatory boards and Hospital groups.
• Assisting and training of personnel in sister companies
