Experience
Experience as functional/technical consultant and project manager for MS Dynamics NAV 2015 and 2017 appreciated
Experience in a global or multinational company with a standardized system and process landscape

Skills
Functional/technical knowledge in MS NAV 2015 and 2017
Good understanding of all finance topics related to an ERP system
Good understanding of business needs and processes in a Sales & Service subsidiary

• In-house Consulting & Project Management
o Requirements analysis and documentation
o Solution Design, Customization/ Development & Testing, including related documentation
o Project planning and execution, where applicable including partner coordination

• Application & System Management
o User support / Incident handling
o User & Permission Management
o User Training
o Development and maintenance of system documentation
o Coordination of change requests, including initial setup and further development of the change request processes
o Administration of the development, test and production systems including system incident handling, backup management and refresh of test systems
o Fault finding on unposted transactions including integration transactions
o Development/setup of internal Reports & dashboards

• Partner Management
o Supervision of our external support partner for ongoing support and projects
o Alignment and update of service level and other contractual agreements
o License Management

The role works closely with the key users, process owners and IT service managers in the region as well as with the NAV competence centre at headquarters in Germany. Occasional travel to headquarters is required.
