Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate for the available role as network and desktop support technician will be responsible for monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks on behalf of clients. Technicians must be able to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

The candidate is required to have an in depth knowledge base of IT that spans over more than one area of expertise. The technician needs to have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well with other staff members and clients.

Minimum Requirements
1. 2-4 years work experience in Network and Desktop Support in a consulting environment working with multiple clients
2. Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
3. Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
4. Microsoft Technical exams completed
5. MCSA Windows 7\8\10
6. Office 2010\2013\2016
7. Lync\Skype for Business
8. Hardware/Software troubleshooting
9. Basic Printer Support knowledge
10. Active directory : 2 years
11. Configuring Firewalls exp - Mikrotik, Sophos, good understanding of vlans
