responsible and mature individual that will be dealing with MD's on a senior level.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
On-going communication with all partner agency key contacts within the group to ensure all partners are kept up to date.
Management of partner agency requests by ensuring clear feedback is shared in a timely manner. All requests from partner agencies to work with another agency to be seen as a priority to encourage network engagement.
Sourcing and updating of all contact and client information throughout the group to ensure this is always correct.
Sharing the updated information with the network on a quarterly basis in the form of a revised information booklet.
Manage design and changes to the information book via creative studio.
Planning the annual conference
Inviting all delegates, managing speakers and agenda, briefing all collateral to be designed, ensuring all collateral is packed for each delegate, booking of venue, briefing suppliers, budget management, ensuring that all payments are made according to contracts signed with suppliers.
Liaise with creative panel to ensure Awards are on track to be presented at each year’s conference.
Overseeing delivery and content sourcing of Quarterly magazine to all employees.
Brief, source and manage all content that goes into the magazine. Engage with all content writers from across the network to ensure that they are on brief.

Website management
Ensure that all content on the website is up to date on a quarterly basis: contact information, client lists, footprint, client list and agency work.
