Job Description:

To maintain and upsell and / or cross sell existing Networks
Travel – client meetings (local/ national)
Reporting to Business Director on progress and issues.
Site Visits where possible.
Identifying client touch points
Client retention
Business Development Planning
Management and research
Client relationship management and communication
Profitability of Network
Content flighting
Operational involvement

Qualifications:

Matric
Certificate / Diploma in sales / marketing and key accounts management advantageous
2 - 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales and / or Key Accounts Management experience
Self-motivated and pro-active
Experience in dealing with clients, at all levels. (brand, marketing and IT)
Great organisational and administrative skills are essential
Ability to problem solve and work independently as well as in a team, in a changing multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of other team members
Adherence to CRM methodologies
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes as well as computer literate
