Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Network Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure stability and integrity of voice, data, video and wireless network services by planning, designing and developing LAN and WAN infrastructure across the organisation
Participate in installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of all network hardware and software
Interact with and co-ordinate vendors, outsourcers and contractors to deploy network products and services

Required Minimum education and experience:

Minimum: MCITP
(Microsoft Certified IT Professional) or equivalent after Matric
Advantageous : CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
5 years’ experience in planning and coordinating networking infrastructure installations including a working knowledge of networking and transmission protocols
