Major “Wi-Fi” brand in the telecommunication space requires the technical expertise of a Network Infrastructure Technician.

REQUIREMENTS:

Show competence in:
Solarwinds
RF Technology
Time Management

Qualification and Experience:
Preferably CCNA Cisco Certified
AN/WAN Topology
HP subject matter

Essential Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
Experience in Switches

Min 2 years experience in a similar role
Must know how to use utilities such as ping, trace route and subnet calculators.
Should have a good understanding of VLAN’s and how the different types of network equipment should integrate with the VLAN’s.
Ability to troubleshoot mediums like WiFi and Ethernet and must be comfortable with fibre and understand the differences between single mode and multimode fibre.
