This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated, goal driven individual who has a genuine passion for vehicle sales and team motivation. We need a reasonably experienced New and Used Car Sales Manager for an extremely popular vehicle brand. Thinking out of the box is an absolute given, as you will need to strategize on bringing new, out of town customers to the dealership, create an innovative sales approach to close those deals and ensure month on month sales growth. Suitable candidates will have at least 3 years recent Sales Management experience within a franchised motor dealership (new or used cars) A degree/diploma in business/sales management is preferable and a solid track record is essential.
