Job Description
We are looking for a New Business Development Coordinator who is an enthusiastic individual and willing to start with a growing company. This individual will be an energetic people person that is willing to give their utmost dedication to the growth and success of our organization. This position provides support to those responsible for overseeing new business growth. Overall, coordinates all new business activity, participating wherever appropriate on the planning, implementing and follow-up of such activity. Duties may include but are not be limited to administrative, sales functions, and build networking.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions
Updates job knowledge by analysing market trends, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and using this knowledge to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• New business presentations
Schedule prospect meetings and planning sessions. Plan approaches and efficiently manage resources and personnel needed to develop pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the agency. Coordinate, research, planning and development of basic agency materials and assist in developing of any new or special materials needed for initial new business meetings.
• Contribute with the agency' improvements
Help to define commercial goals and constantly strives to improve the service provided to our Clients by proposing solutions.
• Identify new opportunities for sales increase and maximize revenue for the agency.
Help to define procedures and controls to consistently improve the agency’s development.

Job Requirements:
• Background in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Finance or Business Administration.
• Negotiating and persuasive sales skills.
• Proactively using ingenuity in ways to maximize sales and meet required goals.
• Current knowledge of latest technology and trends in marketing and advertising.
• Willing to learn and fully understand the knowledge of the financial marketplace.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills a must.
• Ability to effectively present information to senior management, public groups and employees of the agency.
• Enthusiastically build strong leadership skills, teamwork and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be bilingual, proficient in English & Afrikaans (both verbal and written). This will be a great advantage.
• Outgoing and energetic team player that takes chances to bring new ideas to the table and help foster teamwork and a constructive work environment.
• Self-initiative who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
