A company in Sandton seeks the services of an energetic, driven individual who has a strong focus in retail branch management and New Business Development Management to support the development and success of the Marketing team to join different branches around Joburg.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:-

Must have at least 10+ years as a Businessman/Entrepreneur and New Business Development experience.
General staff management experience will be an added advantage.Must have a marketing qualification.
Must be organized and have excellent marketing skills.
Must be assertive, goal oriented and able to pay attention to detail.
Must be able to hold professional management meetings.
Must be able to write reports and report at Management level.

Duties:-

Seeking new business and promoting company image through branch management.
Maintaining existing client database.
Boosting sales and increasing company revenue.
Should be able to Creating Business & Marketing Plan.
Reports & Feed Back daily, based on the plan.
Ensure operational effectiveness (processes etc)
Buying and Selling – Pawn Transections within the branch.
Creating income opportunities. – Bring New Deals & Close Branch Deals.
Sourcing for Clients – By Cold Calling.
Sourcing for Clients – As Per the Business & Marketing Plan.
Report on Income and Expenses – Daily & Weekly.
Risk management: Identify and analyse risks and put contingencies in place.
Timely preparation of reports, and ad-hoc reports requested by management.
Review current organization effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Work on various initiatives with management, with a view to control costs or generating new streams of income.
Recommend ways of improving the use of staff, equipment and other resources.
Meet set targets and organizational objectives.
