RSAWEB is looking for an experienced enterprise solution sales professional that believes in the vision cloud computing is bringing to the industry and can help us tell the RSAWEB story to grow our customer base. 

?Key Performance Area's:

• Using previous business development and solution selling experience, grow RSAWEB’s customer base
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Attend industry networking events
• Identify opportunities to move legacy customer computing environments into their own unique virtual data centres at RSAWEB
• The ability to create meaningful proposals customised to each customer requirement.
• The ability to aggressively manage the sales cycle to ensure customers are on boarded quickly and efficiently.
• Effective co-ordination and escalation of matters to relevant business managers.
• Maintain accurate sales forecast and weekly activity reports.

Job Competencies:

• Experience with Internet hosting / virtualization / cloud technology
• Experience with Network connectivity services.
• Must be able to show a proven five year track record in a solution sales environment
• Uncover and create new business opportunities through independent prospecting
• Must know how to negotiate and close deals under pressure and influence at all levels
• Degree level preferential
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ownership – able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results.
• Able to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of RSAWEB.
