RS Recruitment is assisting a market leader in the LOGISTICS INDUSTRY to recruit a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to be based at their offices in GERMISTON JHB.

Applicants should be/have the following:

A degree in Sales and Marketing, or equivalent
Solid experience in the logistics industry, a distinct advantage
Relevant managerial qualification, an advantage
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Customer Service/Sales Manager
MS Office
Prepared to travel
Able to work under pressure
Willing work extended hours, when necessary

Responsibilities:

Develop new business
Manage customer relationships
Analyse and improve business processes
Market research
Reporting
Lead and develop sales team

Remuneration:

R 400 000 – R 500 000
