Accountabilities
Increase Sales
Grow sales volumes to meet the budget by product in the allocated region.
Lead the team positively in the region to focus on sales growth by product in the region and ensure that service offering is of highest quality.
Manage and grow local customer database and focus on solid relationship building
Identify new business

Maximise visibility in the market through effective time management
Administration
Limited Administration function required
General
Maintain high code of conduct
Comply with prescribed dress code
Attend industry events/conferences/meetings 3 times per year
Continually Teach, Train & Develop trainees

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The minimum education requirement for the job is a Grade 12 certificate
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing would be beneficial
2 Years’ experience in Sales / Marketing or Management.
Accredited selling skills training
1 year supervisory/team leader management
