New Business Sales Representative – Durban North
Our client is looking for a real go-getter to focus on driving their brand and acquiring new clients. The product range is diverse but a key product is the M-Files Document Management Software. This business is all about providing software solutions to optimize their clients’ business processes. An outgoing and engaging personality is critical to this role. Training on the product will be provided.

Requirements:
• Matric Certificate, I.T. Qualifications, Beneficial
• 2-5+ years’ sales experience in an I.T/ technology centric environment , essential
• Experience with Document & Database Management, Advantageous
• Own vehicle & Drivers License

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and winning new customer accounts
• Qualifying potential customers via the phone and email
• Conducting daily online demo’s and onsite meetings with prospective customers on the M-files solution
• Generating proposal agreements
• Negotiating complex sales cycles to closure
• Calling upon existing network and cold calling
• Some travel required

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
• Professional and persuasive sales ability with online/remote/on site meetings.
• Proven work ethic and ability to effectively build and manage sales pipeline
• Listening skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable proposals
• Working knowledge of Windows based environments and Microsoft office applications
• Experience with solution selling document and content management systems.

Salary: R 12 000 – R 14 000, Candidate Dependent + generous commission structure
