Requirements and duties
: Key purpose
•Contribute to Contact Centre business and operational planning process
. •Understand own key performance indicators and track performance against set standards.
•Take on additional responsibilities in supporting others within the organization when necessary to deliver legendary customer service
. •Minimum
*Matric level qualification and Computer Literate.
•Proven customer service experience.
•Must have a passion for customer service and be able to encourage the same in others.
•Excellent English communication (both verbal & written) skills.
•Must be ITC clear •No criminal records
*Age 18-28
Remuneration Range: R5500-R6500 p/m of basic plus commission
