Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Food Science
5 years’ experience in Product Development within the food manufacturing industry
Sound understanding of food hygiene and safety

Responsibilities:
Developing new ranges of products to drive the business forward into new categories/retailers
Working with retailers and suppliers with development of packaging and label design
Managing product development through from inception to factory trials and onto the supermarket shelf
