This recently expanded Unit now has 17 Beds and needs a seasoned Unit Manager with good, solid experience!

As NICU Unit Manager you will take over the full responsibility of the Unit and ensure its smooth running at all times including:

Key Responsibilities include:

• Effective Management of standards and policies;
• Effective budgeting for the Unit;
• Effective relationship building with all staff, patients and disciplinary team;
• Effective HR function including rosters, agency staff and the employment and management of all permanent staff.

Applicants for this position must have:

• SANC Registration
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Additional Post Basic Qualification in Neonatology Critical Care essential
• Additional Post Basic Qualification in Management (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a NICU at senior level.
