Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria: JUNIOR LITIGATION TYPIST
Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Preference to BEE candidates and candidates with disabilities
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing
-Experience in Insurance Law advantageous
-Able to work independently
-Computer literate in MS Word (Ghost Practice proficiency advantageous)
-Good Dictaphone typing experience
-Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy (will be tested)
-Strong telephone etiquette
-Well presented and professional
-Stable employment record
-To start as soon as possible
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-Clear Criminal Record
Duties:
-Typing of High & Magistrate’s Court litigation
-Dictaphone typing
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General secretarial duties
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 8 500.00 gross maximum CTC (Depending on experience)
