Luxury Hotel in Franschhoek requires a Night Auditor.The candidate will be responsible for:Manage all nightly hotel operationsCorrect handling of cash and company property as per company policyEffective communication with guests and fellow team members alikeGuest accounts are accurate and updatedUpdating of property management system as per guest movementsPost transactions and update guest billsPerform end of day procedures including cash book and night audit reconciliationPopulate daily reports for Finance department and Estate ManagerDraw up a detailed handover and communicate to the Hotel Receptionist or Duty Manager on the following shiftVerify all revenue is accurately balanced and follow up on any discrepanciesEnsure security are present and active at all timesRequirements:Matric and a formal qualification At least 4-5 years experience as a night auditorSound financial and organizational skillsFully computer literate
