A well-established company in the hospitality industry based in Century City is looking to employ a qualified and experienced Night Auditor.

Responsibilities:
Fully utilize the Front Office system ensuring accurate guest information, special requests and accurate billing
Professional handling of guest enquiries
Answering calls
Ensures a friendly welcome and check-in and checkout
Preparing invoices for guests checking out the next morning
Security checks
Handling guest queries at night
Preparing handover for early reception shift
Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines
Maintain confidentiality with all guest information

Requirements:
High School or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Night Auditor
Driver’s License and Own Vehicle is essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to main positive attitude when handling all situations
Motivated, open-minded, team player and responsible
Fluency in English both written and oral
Computer Literate and experience with Opera/Semper is essential
Able to work shifts - 10PM - 7AM
