Busy Leading 4* Resort Hotel - Drakensberg.

Hospitality Management Qualification

3 years Hotel Night Management experience required

Front Office Computer Software experience required

Supervise night cash up and audit procedures

Oversee restaurant/ bars/conferencing/PCOs,/functions at night

Supervise night cleaning crew/Public Areas

Ensure venues are turned around and locked

Restaurant set up for breakfast

Supervise laundry if and when night shifts are run (normally during winter when electricity tariffs are lower)

Well versed in night OHS and emergency procedures

Assist with guest issues and incidents

Able to inspect rooms/chalets as and when needed

Salary R 17 000.00 negotiable - including accommodation.
