We now have fantastic opportunities available for Registered Nurses who seek to gain further management experience as a Night Matron within a private hospital in Johannesburg and Cape Town. The successful incumbents will be responsible for entire functioning of the hospital and nursing staff at night.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the positions:
• Registration with the SANC as an RN
• Proven management and operational expertise in the private health care sector
• Extensive private hospital exposure, with strong knowledge of relevant legislations and operational needs
• A postgraduate qualification in Nursing Admin/Management will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Computer Literacy
