An experienced night Receptionist is needed for a Certified Top Employer (2015) for a dual hotel ideally located between Pretoria and Johannesburg. This being efficiency, courtesy, helpfulness, appearance and cleanliness.Ensure that the Reception areas are clean and neat at all times (including any flower arrangements).Ensure that guest queries and complaints are being dealt with in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner, thus achieving guest satisfactionEnsure that all incoming telephone calls are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.Ensure that the switchboard is manned adequately at all timesEnsure that all enquiries and requests for quotations are dealt with immediately according to company procedureEnsure that all guest profiles are entered correctly on the system and are routed to the correct companyEnsure that all guests are received and accommodated in an efficient and friendly mannerEnsure that all guest accounts are correct and ready on departureEnsure that brochures, rate sheets and maps are neatly on display.
