Night Time Outbound Sales Team Leader • Looking to recruit a Team Leader - Outbound Sales to help build this small team • Lead them to successful attainment of challenging sales & activation targets • Provide our clients with an exceptional level of service and support Outbound Sales Professional required for leading sports and race betting business Our client is expanding rapidly and in order to meet the increasing demands from the business they are looking to put in place an additional Outbound Sales team to focus on engaging and reactivating existing clients as well as converting potential clients into account holders. Our client is looking to recruit a Team Leader- Outbound Sales to help build this small team, and lead them to the successful attainment of challenging sales and activation targets. The successful candidate will provide our clients with an exceptional level of service and support the implementation of a market-leading outbound sales strategy. This role will be hands-on and will require the successful applicant to get stuck in and make calls themselves and drive the team’s performance through their own actions and direction. The role will involve calling clients through our busiest periods, including evenings and weekends. You will be working alongside some of the best in the business and have the opportunity to be a part of the success of a company who is poised to become a major player in the competitive world of retail and fashion. You will have extensive previous sales experience in a corporate and preferably outbound call-centre environment and may have a passion for our industry. We are looking for an intelligent and motivated employee who will supplement the team that we currently have in place. Previous experience in a sales-focused environment within a results-based culture will be a distinct advantage as the role will be remunerated and incentivized on this basis. To be considered for this role you must possess the following: • Excellent telephone manner with perfect English and another African language as you will be the “voice” of the business for many of our existing and potential clients • Proven experience and sound understanding of implementing successful call centre sales programs • Sound understanding of telemarketing regulations • The desire to succeed and drive a results-based culture of success • Proven leadership and management skills tested in a dynamic environment focused on the provision of an exceptional client experience • Strong computer literacy • A strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility • Flexibility and an ability to perform and make decisions in a high pressure environment Our client’s culture is to promote from within so this is an amazing opportunity to advance in your career as our business continues to expand.
