Objective: To provide a 24/7 container surveillance, incident management and operational support for critical services that support all elements of the Risk Management operations of Combined Private Investigations and to ensure that all matters are addressed in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4).
2. PSIRA Registered.
3. Control room or operations room experience would be beneficial.
4. Experience working with tracking system will be highly beneficial.
5. Computer literate.
6. Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Occurrence Book and hand over.
2. Monitoring and Tracking.
3. Liaising with clients.
4. Screening and directing calls.
5. Support air team.
