Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (verbal and written)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing of Business Administration or similar
-Minimum 5 years Marketing experience in a similar role a must
-Strong communication skills on all levels (strong confident communicator)
-Excellent copywriting skills and experience
-Design skills including graphic and web design (Corel Draw, Publisher, InDesign)
-Professional and well presented
-Strong leadership skills
-Goal-orientated, flexible and creative under pressure
-Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
-Strong budgeting skills and ability
-Computer literate
-Own vehicle a must
-Clear Criminal Record
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at any previous employer
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Act as one-man marketing department for all divisions of company offering Marking, Identification, Traceability, Automation, Authentication, Systems and Solutions
-Full market functions for various divisions of company (FMCG, Automotive, Heavy Metals etc.)
-Oversee the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and play a key part in communicating the organisations marketing message.
-Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
-Securing as much free marketing as possible.
-Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
-Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
-Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
-Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
-Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
-Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
-Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
-Updating Linkedin Profile to achieve maximum traffic.
-Preparing advertisements for publications.
-Preparation and ordering of company business cards and brochures.
-Ensure that marketing budgets are controlled and not exceeded.
-Planning and preparation of all exhibitions.
-Ordering of corporate clothing.
Salary: R 250 000.00 – R 500 000.00 gross per annum (Depending on relevant experience)
