To provide communications solutions to customers by marketing and matching products and services to customer needs thereby generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction. this role requires enthusiastic telesales representatives in generating sales by adhering to KPI’s, policies and procedures. you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills by being comfortable to present products and services over he phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
