My client is seeking South African Nurses for 80 different hospitals in the US:
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelors in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of Clinical experience in acute hospital setup
• Experience of working in a hospital that has at least 150 beds.
• Candidates with NCLEX or willing to take NCLEX
• Candidates that either have IELTS or willing to take IELTS
Specialized Departments:
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Emergency Room (ER)
• Operating Room (OR)
• Labor & Delivery (L & D)
• Ob Gyn
• Telemetry
• Cath Lab
• Medical Surgical
Salary & Benefits:
• Reimbursement of NCLEX & IELTS upon passing with the required score.
• All steps of visa process will be paid directly .
• We pays and obtains the license for the RN to practice in the state.
• Reimbursement of Medical Examination.
• Payment of mobilization flight to US(only for the RN).
• Payment of accommodation for first 30 days upon arrival in US.
• Deployment bonus of $1000is paid to RN.
• All payroll is done biweekly.
• Contributes 50% towards medical & Dental benefits.
• Salary Range is $20- $35 per hour.
• Overtime i.e. working for over 40 hours in a week is paid at a time and a half of regular hour rate.
• Potential earnings in the future over a few years of experience can be up to $100,000 per annum.
• Please note each nurse has to work for minimum 5000 hours which is estimated to be 2.5 years. After 5,000 hours RN can go and work wherever they like.
