Prominent Equal Opportunity Employer based in Limpopo is in search of a Nursing Manager for a large multi-disciplined hospital. The person will be responsible for quality service delivery, coordinating the day-to-day activities of the unit including the financial aspects, coaching, training and development of sub ordinates, building of long-lasting relationships with other shareholders, internal and external. The successful incumbent will assume responsibility for motivating, supporting and optimising staff performance through capacity building, mentoring and training thereby ensuring that an optimum contribution is made to the successful functioning of the hospital.

Minimum qualification, experience and skills required:

Registered with SANC as a registered nurse

Nursing Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 7)

Nursing Administration and Management Qualification

Relevant Business qualification will be an advantage

Strong and persuasive negotiating skills and managerial experience

Advanced Computer Literacy

Experience in effective decision making and problem solving.

Sound financial knowledge and ability to implement financial and business management principles and experience

Deputy Nursing Manager experience within the private sector is preferable

Minimum of 3 years plus Private Hospital management experience is essential

Ability to manage own energy

Have sufficient resilience to manage intra-personal and inter-personal functioning within a complex, challenging environment
