MSP currently represents a private psychiatric clinic based in the East Rand of Johannesburg, seeking to employ an experienced, knowledgeable and competent Nursing Manager. The incumbent needs to have extensive administration and budgeting skills, and be able to manage in a high pressurised environment.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• Diploma/Degree in General Nursing & Midwifery
• Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing
• Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Nursing Admin and Management
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience, in a similar role
• Knowledge of financial, budget, stock and change management within a nursing unit
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Psychiatric facility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
