Nursing Services Manager for Durban #3040

This state of the art facility situated in Durban is seeking an ICU or Trauma Trained Nursing Services Manager with minimum 5 years management experience to oversee this large 350 bedded hospital which is expanding soon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of hospital and evidence based practice
• Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes
• Promote health and wellbeing of patients and employees
• Ensure the principles of infection prevention and all international standard precautions are adhered to
• Implement group quality initiatives
• Promote customer satisfaction within hospital

Requirement:

• Must be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a medium to large hospital
• Preferably prior NSM experience
• ICU or Trauma Trained ideally
• Need to have well rounded financial experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Computer literacy
