VACANCY: UNIT MANAGER – PORT ELIZABETH

Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in General Nursing Science
Registration with SANC
5 years’ experience as a Senior Registered Professional Nurse or Unit Manager
Special Requirements:
Proven clinical leadership, management expertise with strong managerial and clinical skills
required
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to display flexibility
Good interpersonal skills (consideration and diplomacy) with appreciation of diversity
Understanding of change management principles and management thereof
Clinical facilitation & assessment skills
Problem solving, analysis & judgment (critical thinking)
Influencing & negotiation skills
Planning & organizing (including time management
