Attend to employees who present themselves to the clinic
Assess & identify clinical symptoms and determine course of action
Attend to pre employment medicals
Assist with family planning
Appraise work environment regularly for any unsafe health practices
Assist with the EAP programme
Maintain all records associated with workplace injuries and illness
Work closely the OHS Doctor
Protect the integrity of the company at all times
Assist others as and when required
Comply with safety regulations
Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent
Recognised nursing qualification
Recognised study in the field of occupational health
Registered with SANC as a professional nurse
Familiar with all legislation pertaining to occupational health practices
Spent at least 3 / 5 in onsite clinics as occupational health professional
Can dispense medicines
