Ocean Export Coordinator (Trading House)

The client does not want Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line experience but rather an individual who has worked for a trader or commercial exporter.

Knowledge of letter of credit and understand the shipping process.

Key responsibilities
• Liaising with Supplier and the client
• Checking if shipping documents is compliant with the LC
requirements
• Ensuring that all the shipping schedule is up-to-date
• Update client on status of documents/shipment.

Our client seeks an Ocean Export Coordinator to join their dynamic team, with a minimum of 5 years working experience, must have knowledge of letter of credit and understand the shipping process.
