Purpose of the role:
The OD and Talent Consultant is responsible to design, develop and continuously improve organisational development practices that unlock potential, to enhance productivity and enable a high performing culture that supports organisational objectives.

Main Functions:
• To conduct best practice research with regard to different Organisational Development and Talent Management Initiatives, Practices and Processes.
• To design and develop practices, processes and interventions that support organisational design, team alignment, performance management, career management, talent management, change management and organisational effectiveness.
• To implement the aforementioned for the relevant division.
• To manage and implement projects and continuous improvement activities.
• To develop and maintain Stakeholder Relationships.

Requirements:
• Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Essential)
• Registration with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist / Student Psychologist (Essential)
• Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent HRM degree (Desirable)
• 3 years’ experience in Organisational development/design in a corporate or consulting environment (Essential)
• Specific specialist experience in at least 2 of the following functions (Essential)

o Performance management
o Talent Management
o Career management
o Succession Management
o Organisational design
o Change management
o Culture intervention design and support
o Psychometric assessments
o Additional functional areas (Desirable)
