To support the Senior Manager in Training and Developmental needs, to drive training initiatives and identify and arranges training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance, design and maintain systems and processes for performance management, job evaluation, organisation structure design and organisational change. In designing and obtaining Governance structure’s approval for a best practice organisational performance management system.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar; A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous; Registration as an HR Professional with the SABPP beneficial; Min. of 5 years’ experience in a human resource management function, with 3 years management level experience; Ability and experience in dealing with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA);
