OD Manager - Pretoria

The Manager: Organisational Development will be required to provide support to the Senior Manager in the management of design and maintenance of systems and processes for performance management, job creation, job evaluation, organisation structure design and organisational change. In designing and obtaining Governance structure’s approval for a best practice organisational performance management system, through the implementation of the following;

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

• Training and Development
• Talent Management
• Organisational Development
• Performance Management

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar; A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous; Registration as an HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practice would be beneficial; Min. of 5 years’ experience in a human resource management function, with 3 years’ management level experience; Ability and experience in dealing with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA); At least 5 years’ experience in an Organizational Development position.
