1. Develop a culture change strategy strategically aligned to business goals, vision, mission and cultural outcomes.
2. Analyse the current state cultural diagnosis baseline to map out the desired organisational culture informed by the organisational values
3. Develop a communication and engagement plan to solicit organisation wide buy in from Executive, management and employees
Committee.
4. Alignment of culture and values across the streams thus codifying the culture
5. Coaching at all levels of the organisation thus building leadership capacity pipeline
6. Develop a workplan and a project tracker for deliverables with clear timelines
7. Stakeholder engagement through effective utalisation of social media platform

Requirements:
A Degree in HR
A minimum of 5 years similar experience in change management principles and intervention
Statistical and excel reporting - high level
Project Management
Effective communicator - both verbal and written with facilitation skills
