Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification- NQF Level 7 (Degree in HR, Bcomm, Industrial Psychology or related) is essential
Masters degree in Psychology will be highly advantageous
Must have at least 6 years Organisation Development/Employment Equity coupled with 2 years Project Management experience
