My client is looking for a presentable, well-groomed mature lady (30 – 35) fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English with own car to ensure smooth running of the offices on a day to day basis.
Requirements
Matric with at least 3 years related service industry experience
Experience in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Outlook
Exceptional telephone skills
Punctual, reliable honest, service orientated with an interactive personality.
Duties
Full reception duties
Answer calls for various clients in their company name
Taking messages and sending it via email to client
Assist clients in photocopying, scanning and printing
Booking and controlling of meeting rooms and boardroom
Oversee maintenance and cleaning staff
Order and control stationary and cleaning products
Handle all quires and enquiries
Problem solving
Closing deals and signing new contract agreements
Sending quotations and follow up
Monthly reports – marketing, petty cash and monthly reports
Assist in month end billings
Daily feedback and reports to head office
Customer service and client liaison
