ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Day to day activities related to Customer Service and Retention;
a. Attend to incoming e-mail and telephone calls.
b. Schedule meetings
c. Collect and process Service Agreements.
d. Support and resolve customer queries.
e. Schedule training session.
f. Contact existing clients and ensure our service offering meets expectations and conduct client satisfaction surveys.
g. Attend seminars, events and shows where we exhibitors.
h. Strive to live company Vision and Mission.
i. Strive to achieve company’s goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Entrepreneurial spirit
Qualifications: Willing to learn new skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Time and resource management
Computer literacy and competency requiring word-processing, spreadsheet and general software knowledge and experience.
