Office Administrator (HR) – East Rand
East Rand based company – looking for an Office Administrator for the HR department
Required Qualifications / Experience
• Matric
• Computer literate:
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
SAP – advantageous
• Min 3 years administration experience
Experience in HR Administration – advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to manage time & prioritize
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be a team player
Job Specification
The following Key Performance Areas are covered by this position.
• Administration of payroll input
• WCA Claims
• Maintain & update data base and filling systems
• Take & type minutes of meetings
• Administration / Assist with:
Training
Loans (Micro / Home)
Leave forms

Salary
R6 500 - 7 000 per month – negotiable with the experience
