Office Administrator required for an organization in Kathu, Northern Cape
The purpose of this position is to provide full support on all administrative functions. The candidate will need to be professional and proficient in all day to day communications and/or activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• The incumbent shall be responsible & accountable but not limited to the following tasks & duties:
• To provide full administrative support to the relevant regional office
• To answer all incoming calls
• To manage and control petty cash
• To manage and control Cash Sales and ensure banking is done timeously
• To co-ordinate meetings as necessary and assist with minute taking
• To assist in compiling Presentations and reports where required
• Typing of both internal and external correspondence as necessary
• To prepare and manage staff expenses, overtime and leave
• To liaise with customers and staff as necessary
• To manage both incoming and outgoing mails as necessary
• Preparation of quotations and follow-ups
• To assist with the implementation of company policies, procedures and processes
• To assist with company branch functions
• General office administration and duties
• To meet ISO 9008 requirements including audits

Job Skills Required:
• General Debtors & Creditors experience
• Microsoft Work, Excel & PowerPoint
• Email & Internet
• SAP experience
• Strong administrative skills with administrative experience
• Good command of the English language
• Management and people skills
• Ability to enforce and manage processes and procedures
