Office Administrator - Pretoria

SIT Holdings is looking for an Office Administrator with at least 6 months experience.

Our Business Support team has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to work within the team providing effective administrative, secretarial, document and post services support on a daily basis.

This is a permanent, full time position, working 8.00 am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday in our Johannesburg office.

Candidates must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and have the ability to work under pressure. Excellent IT skills are essential as is a strong attention to detail.

Key role responsibilities:

Administrative and document services work to support the firm-wide PA team
Diary management and travel arrangements
Dealing with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information
Working to continuously develop effective ways of working within the team

Key skills:

Excellent IT skills (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook)
Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management
Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
Ability to pay close attention to detail
