• 2-5 Years of Experience as Office Administrator / PA / Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Very good in Typing
• Answering of the switchboard
• Administration duties
• Arrange meetings
• Telephone canvassing
• Telephone follow – ups
• Processing data
• Posting
• Filing
• Faxing
• Follow up on payments
• Limited deliveries / work out of the office
• General administrative work
• Assistance to Director and brokers / admin staff where needed.
• Banking
