Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
Relevant Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of basic office administration and record management procedures.
- Background in the finance sector would be preferred, but not essential.
- A working knowledge of Pastel would be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working on own initiative.
