Well established Building Construction Company in Ottery is looking for a Sales Office Administrator with Office Administration, Internal sales / Quoting Experience. No Telesales only incoming calls.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
3-5 Years Office Administration / Internal Sales, Ordering and Quoting experience
Computer literate in PASTEL (for Quotes), Excel & Word

Job Description

General Office Administration duties like admin, reception and receive guest
Draw all quotes on PASTEL received from Sales Representative and over the phone incoming sales
Emailing and follow up on all Quotes send to Customers
Scheduling of all future installation for customers / clients
Schedule the production time frame for the factory
Draw up supply only orders
Dealing with customers complaints and setting up appointments for repairs
