Office administrator
We are looking for an experienced, well spoken Office administrator. The successful candidate must be organised, reliable and fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills & Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3 years solid administration experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Must be well organised
- Able to work independently
- Payroll experience an advantage
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain a data base
- Manage customer queries
- Assist with payroll
- General office admin.
Salary negotiable depending upon experience
