Our client based in Wellington is looking for an Office Administrator who is a creative thinker and energetic on a 3 Month Basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Computer literate

Basic Pastel Experience

Fully bilingual

 

TASKS:

Answering phone calls, promptly (within 3 rings) with a friendly, professional manner

Answering the door, making clients feel welcome.

Receiving of all deliveries & stock

Assisting clients in the showroom

Emailing, scanning & faxing

Filing

Bookkeeping – ensuring all creditors & debtors files are up to date and organized. 

Working on pastel sending invoices & quotes

Monthly & weekly finance recons

Working alongside the accountants to ensure the financial systems are in place & running smoothly

Wages & payslips weekly

Placing orders & updating order book

Updating white board with all current jobs

Ensure overall smooth running of office and all staff areas: i.e. making shopping lists & keeping the area presentable

Any other ad hoc duties: internet research, marketing and gaining knowledge on our services & products to ensure excellent customer service.
