Office Administrator – Kyalami
Educational Requirements:
Matric
Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years’ relevant experience
Must have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
Must be attentive to detail
Must be deadline driven
Must be proficient in Microsoft office (excellent Excel skills)
Must have excellent administrative skills
Must have own transport and valid driver license
Responsibilities:
Screening calls, handling & responding to calls appropriately
Diary management
Attending to & replying to relevant correspondence
Arranging and attending meetings where necessary
Ensuring the manager is prepared and up to date for meetings
Attending to incoming email, faxes & post
Ordering, purchasing, coordinating and managing of office & kitchen consumables
Assist with switchboard when needed
Staff management
Maintaining personnel files & new employee contracts
Collating & submitting commission & overtime timeously
Coordinating in house training sessions, functions, staff & team building projects
Managing RSVP process to functions
Liaising with suppliers regarding functions
Managing flights, car rental, accommodation, schedules, bookings etc.
Managing travel allowance payments
Meeting deadlines
General admin
Additional:
Salary R14 000 – R18 000 per month
Office working hours
Need to have clear CRIM record as well as undergo a Polygraph
Previous relevant experience is required
Must be energetic, refined and able to meet deadlines
